So what is waist training anyhow?

The simplest answer is this -  waist training is the gradual process of training your waist... easy enough right, but here's a bit more info for fun..
While wearing your trainer the flexible latex material will produce perspiration which then allows your body to get rid of excess toxins and impurities.  The high quality latex tightly cinches around your waist and will gradually train your waist to move inward overtime... Seriously!  Not only do these bad boys help you look extra sexy, but they are great for strengthening your core and improving your posture as well as bouncing that post baby body back.
But let's be real, waist trainers are not this magical piece of clothing that will make you look like Kim Kardashian  tomorrow morning.  You wont have a 20 inch waist after wearing it for a day and if you stop waist training you will eventually start to see your waist go back to where it once was. Waist training is not a permanent thing, think of it as a motiviational tool instead. Seeing your hot hourglass figure slip into that sexy dress should only motivate you to work real hard to keep that body, and by "work hard" I mean put in the effort.  Don't just put on the waist trainer, put it on and do some squats, clean the house or meal prep for your week.  Adding a healthy diet and regular exercise routine will greatly improve your results with waist training.  With a goal in hand, consistency and additional hard work you will see your waist shrink.  Happy training!!
